Payment Methods We Accept

Webichi.com accepts American Express, Master Card, Visa Card, and Discover.
We do not currently accept Diners Club, JCB, and Eurocard, debit card, or payment directly from your bank account. Also, we are unable to accept manufacturer's coupons.

To use an international credit card which a foreign address is registered as a billing address, please select 'Google Checkout' as your payment method.

If you'd like to pay by a personal check, a money order, or a cashier's check, please follow the instructions below.
1. Place an order via e-mail. Please include Item number, Qty, Name of receiver, shipping address, and phone number.
2. You receive a total price of your order and instructions to send a check. Mail your check or money order.
3. Once the check is successfully cashed, your order will be shipped out shortly. Please allow 2 business days to prepare your order.

Shipping Rates & Policies

We can ship to most U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently cannot ship APO/FPO, P.O. Box addresses, and U.S. territories such as Guam and Puerto Rico. Also, we currently do not ship outside US, where respective health authorities govern local health and safety regulations.

  • Please note that order must be submitted by 8:45am PDT (PST) in order to start processing the order on that same day. (The time from placing order until shipping is about 1-2 business days.)
  • Items sold by Webichi.com, shipped to destinations in the states of California are subject to tax.
  • Item may be shipped by a variety of carriers
  • No weekend delivery
  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii may take longer
  • 1-2 business days of packing is added to the estimate time of arrival. (Saturday, Sunday, and other holidays are excluded.)
  • If you have to change the destination name or address after you place your order, please contact our customer service ASAP. If your order is already assembled and shipped, we are not able to change your destination address.
  • Shipping to an incorrect address and redirecting the package to another address costs us $10, charged by our carriers. you are responsible for the possible fee for re-directing the package to a new destination.

  3. You will not receive FREE Shipping on your order if any items are canceled, bringing the total below $60.
  4. You will receive FREE Shipping on your order if one or more items are found out-of-stock after your order is submitted.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Webichi.com within 30 days from the shipping date for a refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Webichi.com does not accept returns of the following items

  • Opened/Used items
  • Gift certificates
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received
  • Items that were shipped more than 30 days ago. Please check the original packing slip to check the Invoice (ship-out) date.

Please do not include items from multiple orders in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund.

You will be responsible for loss or any damage of your return order. If any return items are missing at receiving, we will not refund for the missing item. Please check with the carrier you used to send the return.

How to return

  1. Visit Our Returns Center by Clicking Returns button in Home or the Returns Center at the end of this page.
  2. After reviewing our returns policy carefully, agree to accept all terms.
  3. Input your e-mail address and password, then click Log in
  4. Click the button next to the order containing the item you wish to return.
  5. Select a reason for your return from the drop-down menu, then enter the quantity you wish to return. Click the Continue button when finished.
  6. Select if you would like a replacement or a refund. In the comments box, please describe the detail reason for the return. Click the Continue button when finished.
  7. Return not resulted of our error
    If your return is not the result of our error, shipping costs associated with your return will not be paid by Webichi.com. Also, the original shipping charge won't be refunded. If you took advantage of any free shipping promotions when placing your order, the original shipping savings associated with returned items will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Return resulted of our error
    If your return is the result of our error, shipping costs associated with your return will be refunded to you. We only accept returns from U.S. addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you use an alternative shipping method besides USPS first class mail and the shipping cost is higher than the USPS Ground mail shipping rate, we will only refund the USPS first class rate.

    Additional notes for returns of the items with the over-sized item extra shipping ($5-10) charge:
    If your return is the result of our error, the original shipping charge and the over-sized item extra shipping charge of $5-10 will be refunded.

    If your return is not the result of our error, the original shipping charge and the over-sized item extra shipping charge of $5-10 won't be refunded.

  8. Click the Submit button and print out the Return Packing Slip.
  9. Please ship the return merchandise in a SECURE BOX with the RETURN PACKING SLIP to the following address VIA USPS first class ONLY.(You can locate a USPS office here.)

Missing Item Policy

If one or more items are missing from the package you received, check the contents of package and the packing slip that was included with your shipment. Small item(s) may be hard to find since we use popcorns to prevent item(s) from being damaged.
If any items are missing from the order you'd placed, please visit our Returns Center. You will be asked to select the order that include items you didn't receive. Then, you will indicate the items in your order that you selected. We will also ask you whether you need a refund or a replacement sent to you.

Once we receive a claim, we will start an investigation shortly.

1) Please submit the total package weight (including product(s), box, and popcorns) you received. We will compare the weight with the original weight filed at the time of ship-out.

2) Please check if the package seemed damaged or opened and resealed at arrival.

With the information you provide, we may further investigate with our carrior, UPS.The UPS agent may contact you to ask a few questions regarding this matter.

Once the investigation is completed, we will refund or reship the missing item(s).Please allow two business days for us to prepare for the reshipment after the investigation is completed.
