With a water and emollient (oil based) composition, Mandom Bifesta Eye Makeup Remover is doubly effective and can quickly remove waterproof mascara and eyeliner. While very gentle on eyelashes and the delicate eye area, it does a quick and thorough job removing even caked on eye makeup.

Formulated with a derivative of vitamin B (Panthenol) and vitamin E (Tocopherol Acetate).

For more stubborn makeup, such as mascara, soak eye area for a short time by applying moistened cotton ball to closed eye, then gently wipe.

Contact lenses should be removed before using to prevent build up on lenses.
May also be used on lips.
