Japanese has traditionally used a rice-bran filled cloth bag to cleanse body and hair. It is known to moisturize skin and give luster to hair. Rice bran is enriched with Vitamin B, Vitamin E as well as other natural nutrients such as calcium, protein and iron. Also the oil from rice bran contains Gamma Oryzanol which has a nourishing effect on skin. As it protects skin, it also increases blood circulation which promotes regeneration of skin and hair.

Take an appropriate amount, add cold or luke-warm water, and create fine lather.
